I can kinda guess the reason why she told everyone... Remember when she said she wanted to be clan leader? She respected the Warrior Code so much that she hated herself for being half-clan. She killed Ashfur so he wouldn't tell but that wasn't enough. She couldn't bare it. I guess she wanted to inflict pain upon Squirrelflight, Leafpool, Brambleclaw, and Crowfeather... Yes, I do believe she was a little messed in the head. I think its cause her belief was so strong.. she just lost herself.
