C R E A T I O N .
well, this is for one of my horses, Gunner. we've had him for two years and found out recently that he has a pretty bad case of ringbone, something in his joints that make him very lame.
it's basically at the point where, if these medications that we're giving him don't work in the next few days, we're going to have to put him down. and needless to say, that sucks. Even if the meds DO work, he only has 2 years of life left, and we can probably barely ride him..
Gunner is a stinker, I know that..haha. He's bucked off my friend many times, my brother, and my mom and dad both fell off of him. I'm the only one that hasn't been dumped by him.
the reason I picked the song "Things Left Unsaid" by Disciple is because I didn't treat him well. I thought he was mean, stupid, etc. I never hurt him, but he was my least favorite horse for sure. But...when....you go through, something like this, where you realize you might actually lose him? It's different. It's really, really painful. and...that's it.
